  If I could give this bank a minus 5 stars i would. They had a promotion offering new customers a $50 for opening a new account. i complained to about 5 reps that i have not rec'd the money into my account after about 3 - 4 months. They all promised to look into it and call me back. No one ever call back which was not professional. The manager refused to call. All you get from this bank is greetings and no service. From the reviews they are ripping off people and with the scandals going on with Wells Fargo, they may have swindled my $50. It is not a mere $50 I am complaining about, it is the integrity of the bank and management. I cannot wait to closed my accounts with them.
